Everything in the plan works towards the same thing: healthy gums, fresh breath and problems caught while they're still small.
What's included: Your visits are booked in across the year — two for most people, four if you're prone to build-up, have gum disease, smoke or wear braces.
Why it matters: Tartar starts forming within days and can't be brushed away. Cleaning at regular intervals stops it accumulating long enough to inflame the gums, and it means nothing goes unchecked for years at a time.
What's included: Hardened tartar and plaque are removed from above and just below the gumline, then the teeth are polished smooth to lift surface staining.
Why it matters: Tartar is a rough, bacteria-covered deposit sitting against your gum — it's the direct cause of bleeding gums and the vast majority of persistent bad breath. Removing it settles the gums down and leaves a polished surface that plaque struggles to stick to, so your teeth stay cleaner and your breath fresher between visits.
What's included: Your gums are measured and charted — pocket depths, bleeding points and any recession — and compared with previous visits.
Why it matters: Gum disease is the main reason adults lose teeth, and the early stage causes no pain. Measuring it turns a vague worry into numbers we can track: caught early it's fully reversible, left alone it destroys the bone holding your teeth in.
What's included: Practical coaching for your mouth — which areas you're missing, the right brush and technique, interdental brushes or floss, and the food and drink habits driving problems.
Why it matters: You clean your teeth roughly 700 times between appointments, so what you do at home matters far more than what we do in the chair. Targeting the spots you actually miss is also what keeps breath fresh day to day, since odour comes from bacteria left sitting between teeth and on the tongue.
What's included: A standing discount on general dentistry outside the plan — fillings, gum treatment, extractions and more.
Why it matters: If something is found, the discount makes it easier to deal with straight away. Small problems treated early stay small, which is the whole point of a prevention plan.
What's included: Your visits are yours to book when they suit you, so you can save one for the run-up to a wedding, a birthday, a holiday, a big photoshoot or an interview. Every visit includes Airflow free of charge.
Why it matters: Airflow lifts the surface staining that tea, coffee, red wine and smoking leave behind, so teeth look brighter and more pearly and feel properly clean and smooth. Paired with the scale and polish it also freshens your breath and calms the gums, so you look and feel your best on the day. Book a week or two ahead and your gums will have settled beautifully by then.

Within days, soft plaque mineralises into tartar that brushing and flossing simply cannot remove. Only professional instruments can lift it — and while it stays, it keeps the gum inflamed.
Most people who lose teeth as adults lose them to gum disease rather than decay, and the early stages rarely hurt. Bleeding when you brush is the warning sign; regular visits catch it while it's still fully reversible.
A hygiene visit is a small, predictable cost. Fillings, root canals, gum treatment and extractions are not. Plan members also get 10% off any further general treatment.
Gum inflammation is linked with heart health, diabetes control and pregnancy outcomes. Keeping gums healthy is part of looking after the rest of you.
A scale and polish removes the staining and bacterial build-up behind dull teeth and persistent bad breath — the everyday benefit people notice first.
