What the plan includes
Every part of the plan does a specific job in keeping your bonding — and the teeth underneath it — in good shape.
Annual exam with bitewing x-rays
What's included: A full check of your teeth, gums and bonding once a year, with x-rays that show between the teeth where the eye can't see.
Why it matters: Bonding sits on top of a natural tooth, so the tooth underneath still needs watching. Decay starting at the edge of a bonded tooth is invisible from the front — the x-rays catch it while it's still a small, cheap fix rather than something that means redoing the bonding.
Hygiene visit, with a free Airflow polish once a year
What's included: A professional clean to remove plaque and tartar, plus one Airflow session a year — a fine jet of warm water, air and powder that lifts stain from surfaces a scaler can't reach.
Why it matters: Airflow is gentle on composite where aggressive scaling can scratch it. Clean margins keep the join between bonding and tooth invisible, and healthy gums stop the recession that exposes that line as a dark shadow.
1 composite polish a year to restore the shine
What's included: Your bonding is re-polished with graded discs and paste to bring back the glossy surface it had on day one.
Why it matters: A smooth surface doesn't just look better — stain and plaque can't grip it. Once the glaze dulls, the composite starts absorbing colour much faster, so an annual polish resets the clock and keeps the bonding looking new for years.
Free whitening gel included
What's included: Top-up gel for your custom whitening trays, included with the plan.
Why it matters: Composite doesn't whiten, so your bonding stays the shade it was made in. Keeping your natural teeth at that same shade is what keeps the smile looking even — without top-ups, the natural teeth slowly darken and the bonding starts to stand out.
Up to 1 bonding repair a year included
What's included: One repair a year at no extra cost — a chipped edge smoothed and rebuilt, or a small margin refreshed.
Why it matters: Edges take the most force from biting and grinding. A tiny chip repaired early takes minutes; ignored, it spreads along the edge and can mean replacing the whole surface at several times the cost. Having the repair already covered means nobody delays it.
Free fluoride application, if clinically required
What's included: A concentrated fluoride varnish painted onto the teeth at the end of a visit, when your clinician judges you need it.
Why it matters: The margin where bonding meets tooth is the most decay-prone spot in the mouth. Fluoride hardens the enamel right at that join and calms sensitivity, protecting the natural tooth that's holding your bonding in place.
10% off any further general treatment
What's included: A standing discount on general dentistry outside the plan — fillings, extractions, additional repairs and more.
Why it matters: It removes the reason people put treatment off. Dealing with problems early keeps your mouth stable, and a stable, healthy bite is what stops bonding chipping in the first place.

Why bonding needs maintaining
Composite stains — natural enamel doesn't
Composite is a porous resin. Tea, coffee, red wine, curry and smoking all leave colour behind, and unlike enamel it can't be lifted with ordinary whitening. Regular professional polishing removes surface staining before it settles in.
The surface glaze wears down
Bonding is finished with a high-shine polish in the chair. Everyday brushing and chewing gradually dull that surface, which makes it look flat and pick up stain faster. An annual polish restores the shine and slows the cycle.
Small chips are easy to fix — late ones are not
Edges take the most force. A tiny chip caught early is a quick repair; left alone it can spread, and the whole veneer surface may need replacing at several times the cost.
Healthy gums keep the margins invisible
Bonding meets your tooth at a fine margin near the gum. Plaque and inflammation there cause staining lines and recession that expose the join. Hygiene visits keep that edge clean and discreet.
